- Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or claim caused by, arising from, or related to your use of this Site, it is agreed that:

You must provide us an opportunity to resolve any dispute or claim prior to initiating any legal action by sending a written notice via email to Privacy@Dunbar.Law. A notice sent under this provision shall meet the following minimum requirements:
- The email’s subject line starts with: Dispute Resolution Requested.
- Your notice of a claim or dispute is sent within thirty (30) days of the event(s) giving rise to your claim.
- Your email sets forth, in detail, the nature of your complaint, all facts relied on, and your proposed outcome.

Upon receipt, we shall have sixty (60) days to investigate your claim and to provide a response. If we request additional information to investigate your claim, you shall promptly provide the information requested.

Our duty to investigate shall be paused while waiting for your reply to a request for information. The pause shall begin on the day following the day the request is sent via email. Our duty to investigate shall resume on the day following the day you send your response to our request.

If you fail to respond to a request for additional information within 30 days, your complaint will be deemed resolved.
- Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify us for any claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal expenses and other costs, such as attorneys' fees) reasonably incurred by us arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any claim brought by a third party in connection with your use of the Site and you agree to assist and cooperate with us in relation to any such claim.
- Severability
Each of the conditions of these Terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any term is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver of Rights
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.
